Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Tentor Bahasa Arab Freelance Profesional to join our dynamic language education team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong Arabic language proficiency, a passion for teaching, and the ability to engage learners both online and in‑person. As a freelance tutor, you will have the flexibility to design your own lesson flow while adhering to our academic standards and schedule, which runs Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
Responsibilities
- Develop customized lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and the specific needs of each student, ranging from beginner to advanced proficiency.
- Deliver interactive Arabic language sessions using a blend of digital tools (video conferencing, learning management systems) and traditional classroom techniques.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, oral examinations, and written assignments, providing constructive feedback and actionable improvement strategies.
- Create supplementary learning materials such as worksheets, flashcards, and multimedia resources to reinforce vocabulary, grammar, and cultural context.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and payment invoices in accordance with our administrative procedures.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors, curriculum designers, and support staff to continuously improve teaching methodologies and course content.
- Stay current with developments in Arabic language pedagogy, incorporating innovative techniques and technology to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Arabic Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field; higher degrees (S2/S3) are a plus.
- Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Active university student or graduate from D3, S1, S2, or S3 programs with a solid academic record.
- Demonstrated teaching or tutoring experience in Arabic, preferably in a freelance or part‑time capacity.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Strong interpersonal abilities: collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Honesty, reliability, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and basic office software.
