Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and scheduling promotional campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, and offline events.
- Maintain and update marketing calendars, ensuring that all deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Create, edit, and format basic visual content such as photos and short videos using standard editing tools to support campaign assets.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on campaign performance, budget utilization, and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to secure promotional materials, venue bookings, and logistical support.
- Manage the filing and archiving of marketing documents, contracts, and media assets in both digital and physical formats.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow‑up on action items.
- Handle routine correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries from clients and partners with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create presentations, spreadsheets, and documents required for campaign planning and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align promotional activities with sales targets and market feedback.
Requirements
- Female candidates, minimum age 18 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic skills in photo and video editing (e.g., using Canva, Adobe Photoshop Express, or similar tools).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Organizational aptitude with keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
