Responsibilities

- Assist in setting up and maintaining dining areas, including table settings, décor, and cleanliness standards.
- Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels, recording usage, and reporting shortages to the supervisor.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and housekeeping to coordinate service flow and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
- Participate in daily briefings, learning about menu changes, special events, and service standards.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling and personal hygiene.
- Contribute ideas for improving service efficiency, guest satisfaction, and operational procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, reflecting the hotel’s brand standards.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or vocational program with a focus on Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary Arts, Accounting, Engineering, or Spa Therapy.
- Must be participating in a mandatory internship program required by your educational institution.
- Minimum educational level: D3/D4 (associate or diploma).
- Strong passion for hospitality service and a genuine interest in learning hotel operations.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Well‑groomed, professional appearance with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
