Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Administrator to join our vibrant Kindergarten in Depok. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting teachers and families, and maintaining the high standards of our early‑childhood education program. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
Responsibilities
- Manage student enrollment records, attendance logs, and tuition invoices with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate daily schedules, including classroom rotations, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, responding to inquiries, distributing newsletters, and organizing parent‑teacher conferences.
- Maintain inventory of classroom supplies, toys, and learning materials; place orders and track deliveries to ensure resources are always available.
- Prepare and file regulatory reports required by the Ministry of Education and local authorities, ensuring compliance with safety and health standards.
- Assist the management team in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reconciliation.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new staff, maintaining personnel files, and coordinating training sessions.
- Implement and monitor office procedures, improving efficiency through digital tools and process automation.
- Organize special events, field trips, and community outreach programs, handling logistics and communication with external partners.
- Provide translation and interpretation assistance for English‑speaking families and international visitors.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Age limit: up to 32 years old.
- All genders are welcome.
- Proficient in Indonesian and English; TOEFL or IELTS certification is a strong advantage.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic knowledge of school management software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Professional demeanor with a friendly, patient attitude toward children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional flexibility for events.
