Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Home Credit financing products at partner retail locations, both in street‑level stores and shopping malls.
- Engage customers, explain payment options, and guide them through the application and payment process using the Home Credit platform.
- Utilize personal Android smartphones to demonstrate the mobile app, capture leads, and process transactions on‑site.
- Develop and execute social‑media campaigns that highlight product benefits, special offers, and success stories, thereby increasing brand visibility.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold the brand image of Home Credit and its partner outlets.
- Collaborate with outlet managers and Home Credit supervisors to meet daily sales targets and resolve any customer issues promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends for continuous improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and skill‑development programs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with prior sales or customer‑service experience are preferred.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: 0‑2 years of retail or sales experience; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; persuasive and able to handle objections.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a challenging, target‑driven environment.
- Professional and presentable appearance; ability to represent the brand positively.
- Own an Android smartphone with reliable internet connectivity for on‑the‑go reporting and social‑media activities.
- Willingness to be placed at Home Credit partner outlets in Jepara, whether on street locations or within malls.
- Flexibility to work the schedule of Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
