Candidates will work directly with prospective borrowers, conduct on‑site assessments, and act as the face of Amartha in the Majalengka region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new borrowers, presenting Amartha’s capital‑loan programs and explaining eligibility criteria.
- Conduct in‑depth household economic assessments, providing personalized financial guidance and ongoing support to existing members.
- Perform field surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies, risk‑assessment frameworks, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on borrower profiles, creditworthiness, and repayment capacity for the underwriting team.
- Execute timely collection activities, maintain accurate payment records, and follow up on overdue accounts with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the regional operations manager to refine outreach strategies, share market insights, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent Amartha at community events, local business gatherings, and networking sessions to strengthen brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age between 18 and 30 years (maximum 33 years acceptable).
- All genders are welcome; female candidates are especially encouraged.
- Own reliable transportation (motorcycle or car) to travel across the Majalengka area daily.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and disciplined work habits.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Resilience and adaptability for field work in diverse environments and weather conditions.
- Analytical mindset for evaluating financial data and conducting risk assessments.
- Prior experience in sales, micro‑finance, community outreach, or a related field is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Willingness to work full‑time on site, Monday through Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
