As a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, you will become part of a nationwide network of sales champions, driving brand visibility and revenue across Indonesia. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed and earn attractive commissions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and distributors throughout Indonesia.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, product launches, and digital content that align with sales goals.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for product improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior management.
- Mentor junior sales staff, share best practices, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Attend regional trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent (no upper educational limit).
- Open to candidates of any gender and age – we value potential over formal constraints.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented setting.
- Willingness to travel frequently and operate in field environments.
- Basic proficiency in Indonesian; English is a plus for international tours.
- Key soft skills: adaptability, analytical thinking, customer‑satisfaction focus, resilience, and persuasive communication.
- Possession of a valid KTP (Indonesian identity card) is mandatory.
- Motivation to learn, grow, and achieve high performance without prior experience required.
