Introduction

BFI Cabang Kotamobagu is seeking a diligent and motivated Verifikator Cabang to join our field operations team. The role is based at our Kotamobagu branch and is pivotal in ensuring that loan applications and financing requests are thoroughly examined, verified, and processed in accordance with our internal standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities

  • Conduct on‑site surveys for all assigned loan and financing applications, verifying the accuracy of information provided by prospective borrowers.
  • Assess the feasibility and creditworthiness of each applicant by reviewing financial documents, employment records, and collateral details.
  • Document survey findings meticulously and input data into the company’s management system in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the branch’s credit analysts and loan officers to ensure that each application moves smoothly through the approval pipeline.
  • Maintain regular communication with applicants, providing clear explanations of required documents and next steps, while upholding a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Identify potential risks or discrepancies during field visits and report them promptly to the supervisory team for further investigation.
  • Travel to various locations within the Kotamobagu region using a personal vehicle, adhering to safety and traffic regulations at all times.
  • Support the branch in special projects such as market research, competitor analysis, and community outreach initiatives that enhance BFI’s presence in the local market.
  • Continuously update personal knowledge of banking regulations, credit policies, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and improve survey quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma) or S1 (Bachelor’s) in any discipline; graduates from all majors are welcome.
  • Open to fresh graduates; no prior work experience required, though internships or academic projects related to finance are a plus.
  • Strong analytical abilities for document analysis, verification, and validation.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated discipline, integrity, and a high level of personal accountability.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle capable of transporting documents and equipment.
  • Ability to operate a car safely under various road conditions typical of the Kotamobagu area.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, especially data entry and reporting tools.
  • Flexibility to work standard office hours (08:00‑17:00) and adapt to occasional field‑work schedules as needed.
