Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum for grades 1‑6, integrating both Bahasa Indonesia and English language instruction.

- Implement classroom management strategies that promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments, track student progress, and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth.
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians through meetings, newsletters, and digital platforms to discuss student performance and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership on interdisciplinary projects, school events, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in professional development workshops, including PPG (Program Pendidikan Guru) and PraJab training, to stay current with pedagogical best practices.
- Support extracurricular activities, school clubs, and community outreach programs that enhance students’ social and emotional development.
- Adhere to school policies, attendance schedules (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00), and government regulations governing public education.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education; preference for S1 PGSD/MI or S1 English Education.
- Strong command of spoken and written English to conduct bilingual instruction effectively.
- Proficiency in information technology, including the ability to design and implement digital learning media.
- Preferred: Graduate of PPG PraJab program, demonstrating commitment to professional teaching standards.
- Age: Open to all qualified candidates; no upper age limit specified.
