Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Office Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily meal preparation schedules and assist kitchen staff in packaging rice and other staple items.
- Prepare and distribute daily work rosters, ensuring proper shift coverage from Monday through Saturday.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and support the finance team with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Ensure the workplace remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Assist in customer service activities such as taking orders, addressing inquiries, and handling complaints professionally.
- Provide backup support for promotional events, including setting up signage, preparing promotional materials, and managing guest lists.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to streamline workflow and improve overall efficiency.
- Generate regular reports on sales, inventory levels, and staffing metrics for management review.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a restaurant, café, or similar food‑service environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and staff.
- Ability to safely package rice and other food items according to standard operating procedures.
- Basic proficiency with store management or point‑of‑sale software systems.
- Excellent time‑management skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work the designated schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
