Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Perawat Terampil dalam Perawatan Pasien Rumah Sakit to join our growing healthcare team. This position plays a vital role in delivering high‑quality, compassionate care to patients across a variety of clinical settings. As a professional nurse, you will collaborate with physicians, allied health staff, and administrative personnel to ensure seamless patient experiences from admission to discharge.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive bedside nursing care, including assessment, medication administration, wound management, and patient education.
- Monitor vital signs, interpret clinical data, and promptly report any changes to the attending physician.
- Coordinate patient flow within the hospital, ensuring timely transfers, appropriate documentation, and adherence to infection‑control protocols.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, contributing nursing insights to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records in compliance with hospital policies and national regulations.
- Utilize BTCLS (Basic Trauma and Cardiac Life Support) and PPGD (Pengembangan Profesi Gigi Dasar) certifications to respond effectively to emergencies.
- Foster a patient‑centered environment by addressing concerns, providing health education, and ensuring comfort throughout the care continuum.
- Work collaboratively in shift‑based teams, supporting colleagues during peak periods and ensuring continuity of care.
- Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops, seminars, and in‑house training sessions.
- Adhere to hospital safety standards, including proper handling of hazardous materials and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 Profesi Ners (Bachelor of Nursing); D3/D4 qualifications are also acceptable for entry‑level consideration.
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) license; candidates with at least one year of clinical experience are preferred.
- Current certification in BTCLS and/or PPGD.
- Strong customer‑oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrate discipline, responsibility, and high motivation.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, to meet patient care demands.
- Proficiency in basic healthcare IT systems for patient documentation and reporting.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus for interacting with international patients.
