Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Steward Operasional Pelayanan Pelanggan to join our fast‑paced kitchen and front‑of‑house team. This role is vital for ensuring that our customers receive a seamless dining experience, from the moment they enter the restaurant until they leave. The successful candidate will operate commercial kitchen equipment, support service staff, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and customer service. Candidates of any gender who have completed at least a D3/D4 level of education (or an equivalent SMK Tata Boga qualification) and possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, storage areas, and service stations throughout each shift.
- Operate and troubleshoot commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, slicers, and dishwashers in accordance with safety protocols.
- Assist chefs and line cooks by preparing basic ingredients, restocking supplies, and ensuring all tools are readily available.
- Support front‑of‑house staff by promptly delivering orders, refilling beverages, and responding to guest requests with a courteous attitude.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables, report shortages, and help with the receiving and proper rotation of deliveries.
- Enforce food safety standards, conduct regular sanitation checks, and document compliance with local health regulations.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve smooth service flow, especially during peak hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Demonstrate initiative by identifying process improvements, suggesting menu adjustments, or proposing equipment upgrades.
- Participate in briefings and debriefings, providing feedback on operational challenges and successes.
- Uphold a professional demeanor at all times—no “baperan” (over‑emotional reactions) are tolerated in a high‑energy environment.
Requirements
