We are seeking a friendly and reliable Waitress to join our bustling dining team. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage options.
  • Take accurate orders using a POS system, relay special requests to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and monitoring floor cleanliness.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties such as stocking supplies, restocking condiments, and performing end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints with professionalism, escalating more complex issues to the floor manager as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow during peak hours.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling and sanitation protocols.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on menu changes, seasonal promotions, and service best practices.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the restaurant’s operational needs.

Requirements

  • Female candidates, aged 28 or younger, with a minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred, though on‑the‑job training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude toward tasks.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and coworkers.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, Saturdays, and occasional holidays.
  • Residence in Kudus or surrounding areas to ensure reliable punctuality.
  • Good personal hygiene, a pleasant appearance, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
