Introduction
PT BCA Finance is seeking a motivated Relationship Officer for its Klaten branch. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who enjoy field work, have strong interpersonal skills, and are eager to develop a career in financial services. The role involves direct interaction with consumers whose loan repayments are past due, ensuring timely collections while preserving a positive customer relationship.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30, with the office located in Klaten, Central Java. Candidates must be male, hold a valid Class C motorcycle licence, and have personal transportation to conduct on‑site visits.
Responsibilities
- Conduct timely reminder calls to borrowers whose payments have exceeded the due date.
- Plan and execute field visits to delinquent customers within the Klaten and surrounding areas.
- Observe and document customer behaviour, financial conditions, and any obstacles to repayment.
- Perform detailed analysis of each case to propose realistic repayment plans.
- Negotiate payment arrangements using persuasive communication while maintaining a courteous tone.
- Update the internal CRM system with accurate call logs, visit reports, and agreed‑upon payment schedules.
- Collaborate with the credit risk and legal teams to flag high‑risk accounts for further action.
- Provide feedback to management on common causes of delinquency to aid in product and policy improvement.
- Ensure all data handling complies with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022) and related regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior work experience required.
- Strong analytical mindset to assess repayment capacity and risk factors.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Willingness to work primarily in the field and engage directly with customers.
- Valid Indonesian Class C motorcycle licence and personal motorcycle.
- Resident of Klaten or nearby districts, with the ability to travel to the BCA Finance branch daily.
