Responsibilities
- Perform installation, dismantling, and re‑assembly of split‑type, window, and floor‑standing air‑conditioning units according to manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct routine cleaning of filters, coils, and condensers to maintain optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common AC problems such as refrigerant leaks, electrical faults, and airflow restrictions.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules, including pressure testing, refrigerant top‑ups, and system calibrations.
- Document all service activities, parts used, and time spent in the company’s digital work order system.
- Provide on‑site technical support and guidance to customers, explaining service findings and recommended solutions in clear, courteous language.
- Adhere to safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to protect both the technician and the client’s property.
- Collaborate with the help‑desk team to resolve service tickets, schedule follow‑up visits, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, ensuring tools, spare parts, and a functional motorbike are always ready for deployment.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged between 20 and 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Physically healthy with the ability to lift up to 25 kg, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Proven competence in cleaning, disassembly, and re‑assembly of air‑conditioning units.
- Residency in Banjarmasin or surrounding areas (domicile required).
- Own a reliable automatic motorcycle for daily travel to client sites.
- Key soft skills: punctuality, honesty, discipline, quick‑thinking, and a strong work ethic.
- Basic help‑desk support knowledge to log service requests and communicate with customers.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
