Responsibilities
- Provide clear, friendly, and engaging product information to shoppers, answering questions and highlighting key features.
- Actively promote products and execute promotional strategies to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Arrange merchandise according to visual‑merchandising guidelines, ensuring the display area is tidy, attractive, and compliant with brand standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, handling stock replenishment and inventory checks as required.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by offering personalized recommendations and follow‑up support.
- Gather customer feedback and report market trends to the store manager to help refine product offerings.
- Collaborate with fellow SPGs and store staff to coordinate events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and administrative procedures, including accurate record‑keeping of sales and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; no age limit.
- No prior experience required, though previous work as an SPG or in customer service is a distinct advantage.
- Strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to persuade customers positively.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and able to react quickly to changing customer demands.
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising and the ability to keep the sales floor visually appealing.
- Proficiency in using basic computer tools; familiarity with 3ds Max or similar design software is a plus.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
