This role is ideal for a motivated, target‑driven professional with at least three years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the construction or project‑based sector. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, a skilled negotiator, and comfortable working on the road to meet clients in diverse environments.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities for the construction and renovation of sports facilities, including football fields, basketball courts, and multi‑purpose arenas.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients such as schools, campuses, property developers, government agencies, and sports clubs.
- Conduct compelling product and service presentations, highlighting technical specifications, sustainability features, and cost‑benefit analyses.
- Prepare detailed proposals and price quotations, negotiate terms, and guide prospects through to contract signing and project kickoff.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM database of leads, opportunities, and client interactions; generate regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering, design, and project management teams to ensure accurate scope definition and seamless handover to execution teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the sports infrastructure sector to recommend strategic adjustments.
- Travel extensively across the Jabodetabek area, attending site visits, client meetings, and industry events to expand the company’s visibility.
Requirements
- Male candidates, minimum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK; D3 or S1 (any field) highly preferred.
- At least 3 years of proven sales or marketing experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or large‑scale project environments.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prepare accurate quotations and profitability analyses.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data reporting.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Jabodetabek metropolitan area on a regular basis.
- Professional demeanor, high ethical standards, and a team‑oriented attitude.
