Introduction

Mie Gacoan, a fast‑growing Indonesian food & beverage brand renowned for its signature noodle dishes, is expanding its footprint in East Java. We are seeking a dynamic Pemimpin Lantai Cabang Nganjuk to lead the launch and daily operations of our newest store in Nganjuk. This role is pivotal for establishing a strong operational foundation, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building a high‑performing team that embodies the brand’s values of quality, speed, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house stations (cashier, server, kitchen, production, barista, etc.) and step in as crew member when needed.
  • Drive daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures, accurate stock‑taking, and compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Develop and execute staff schedules, manage shift rotations, and ensure optimal labor cost control.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training programs to develop crew competencies and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Monitor and evaluate crew performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve service quality.
  • Coordinate with vendors, conduct quality inspections of raw materials, and manage inventory to prevent waste and stockouts.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), monitor adherence, and suggest improvements based on operational data.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts swiftly, maintaining the brand’s reputation for excellent service.
  • Prepare regular operational reports for senior management, highlighting sales trends, labor efficiency, and cost control metrics.
  • Champion a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations and ensuring all team members are aware of emergency protocols.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor) in any field; degrees related to Hospitality or Business are a plus.
  • Age not exceeding 30 years; height requirement – male ≥ 165 cm, female ≥ 160 cm.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret sales and inventory data, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proven leadership and team‑building expertise.
  • Demonstrated conflict‑management and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory control, stock reconciliation, and presentation of operational reports.
  • Good physical health with no chronic illnesses; willingness to work flexible shifting schedules, including weekends.
  • Readiness to be stationed at the new Mie Gacoan outlet in Nganjuk and contribute to its successful launch.
