Introduction

PT Bina Artha Ventura, a leading provider of micro‑finance solutions in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Branch Manager for its Individual Lending division in Bandar. This senior‑level position oversees all daily operations of the branch, drives business growth, and ensures that the team delivers high‑quality financial services to underserved customers. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, solid micro‑finance experience, and a passion for community development, while maintaining strict compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations Management: Supervise the branch’s day‑to‑day activities, ensuring smooth workflow for loan origination, disbursement, collections, and cash handling.
  • Team Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews of Business Officers (BO) and administrative/cashier staff, using key metrics to identify coaching opportunities and reward high achievers.
  • Business Development: Lead the expansion of the individual lending portfolio by setting realistic targets, coordinating with Area and Branch Managers, and implementing localized marketing strategies.
  • Performance Standards: Maintain the branch’s performance within the benchmarks established by PT Bina Artha Ventura, ensuring loan quality, delinquency ratios, and customer satisfaction meet corporate standards.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Follow the established SOP for continuous monitoring of all branch functions; prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management.
  • Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving internal and external challenges, liaising with headquarters, and delivering practical solutions that protect the company’s interests.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all lending activities comply with legal regulations, internal risk policies, and anti‑money‑laundering guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with local community leaders, partner institutions, and customers to enhance brand reputation and generate referral business.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a higher diploma or degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in micro‑finance, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of loan officers and support staff.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing loan portfolios, and reducing delinquency rates.
  • Strategic thinking and data‑driven decision‑making; experience with data acquisition, debt collection processes, and performance analytics.
  • Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM) and ownership of a two‑wheel vehicle for branch visits and community outreach.
  • Age limit: maximum 35 years; open to all genders.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
