Introduction
Bisma Sunset Road is seeking a dedicated Kasir (Cashier) to join our front‑line team at our bustling retail outlet on Sunset Road. The role operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, providing a stable schedule for candidates who thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused setting.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process cash, credit, and electronic payments using the store’s POS system.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges while maintaining strict adherence to company policies.
- Perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation and prepare deposit slips for management review.
- Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area, ensuring that all merchandising displays are stocked and presentable.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, promotions, and loyalty program enrollment, delivering a friendly and professional experience.
- Collaborate with sales associates, inventory staff, and supervisors to resolve transaction discrepancies quickly.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activity or potential fraud according to security protocols.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on new POS features, customer service techniques, and compliance standards.
- Handle high‑volume periods, such as weekends and promotional events, while remaining calm and efficient under pressure.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates are preferred; however, all qualified individuals are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience as a cashier or in a related retail role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
