Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Class Coordinator – Academic Support to join our growing team at Siteba Padang. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent high school graduates or fresh graduates who are passionate about education, enjoy working with children, and possess a keen eye for visual aesthetics. The role combines classroom upkeep, administrative assistance, and creative support for class activities, providing a solid foundation for a career in educational coordination and support services.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the classroom environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for students.
  • Assist the lead teacher with daily administrative tasks, including attendance tracking, lesson material preparation, and filing of student records.
  • Support the documentation of classroom activities and special events by handling photography, video shoots, and post‑production editing as needed.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to set up visual displays, learning stations, and creative projects that enhance student engagement.
  • Monitor classroom resources, reorder supplies, and ensure all learning materials are readily available.
  • Facilitate smooth class transitions, manage student flow during activities, and provide individual assistance to children who need extra support.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss classroom progress, share ideas for improvement, and report any concerns.
  • Help coordinate special events, field trips, and parent‑teacher communication initiatives.

Requirements

  • Female candidates, maximum age of 24 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong desire to work with children and contribute to their learning experience.
  • Creative mindset with a good sense of visual aesthetics and the ability to suggest engaging classroom décor.
  • Energetic, cheerful, and humble attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to handle simple administrative software.
  • Willingness to be placed at the Siteba Padang location and work flexible hours from Monday to Saturday (08:00 – 17:00).
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
