Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Tim Toko Penjualan to lead our retail store operations in the vibrant city of Palu. This full‑time position offers a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, providing a structured work‑life balance for the right candidate. As a key member of the store leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales performance in line with our brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage, coach, and schedule a team of sales associates, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet peak traffic periods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with the logistics team to replenish merchandise efficiently.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to create an appealing shopping environment that reflects current promotions and seasonal themes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales per square meter, average transaction value, and customer satisfaction scores, and produce weekly reports for senior management.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, turning potential issues into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food‑and‑beverage service standards, especially when the store includes a café or snack counter.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local store events, loyalty programs, and cross‑selling initiatives.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and service excellence.
- Assist in budgeting and expense control, identifying cost‑saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this role).
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands‑on experience managing retail store operations; prior experience as a store manager or supervisor is highly preferred.
- Age: Candidates up to 35 years old are encouraged to apply.
- Location: Must be willing to relocate to and work in Palu.
