Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain commercial washing machines, steam irons, and drying equipment safely and efficiently.
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold garments according to fabric type, color, and customer instructions.
- Prepare and package laundry items neatly for delivery, ensuring each order is complete and presentable.
- Utilize smartphones or tablets to generate electronic invoices (Nota) and update order status in real‑time.
- Monitor load volumes throughout the day and adjust workflow to meet delivery deadlines.
- Conduct routine cleaning and minor maintenance of laundry equipment to prevent downtime.
- Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies, detergents, and packaging materials.
- Provide courteous assistance to customers, answering queries about services, pricing, and turnaround times.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals and personal protective equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes, share best practices, and achieve operational targets.
Requirements
- Female candidates residing in Malang.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a laundry setting.
- Proven ability to operate washing machines, steam irons, and perform meticulous packing.
- Competence with smartphones or tablets for electronic invoicing and order tracking.
- Strong time‑management skills; able to prioritize tasks based on load intensity.
