Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Guru Multi-Mapel to join our progressive educational institution. The ideal candidate will be capable of teaching a broad spectrum of subjects, including Bahasa Indonesia (BI), Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS), Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA), Matematika (MTK), Bahasa Inggris (BE), and Kitab Kuning. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans across all assigned subjects, aligning with national curriculum standards.
- Utilize multimedia tools, including 3D Max and other visual aids, to enhance conceptual understanding.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and examinations, providing timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate academic records and update progress reports in the school’s information system.
- Coordinate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects that foster critical thinking.
- Participate in parent‑teacher conferences, communicating student progress and addressing concerns.
- Contribute to the development of school-wide extracurricular programs, such as science fairs and language clubs.
- Uphold a smoke‑free, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Stay current with educational best practices and integrate technology, including Microsoft Office and ACLS tools, into daily instruction.
- Attend staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events as scheduled.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education or a subject‑specific field directly related to the teaching portfolio.
- Age between 20 and 35 years; candidates up to 36 years old may be considered.
- All genders are welcome; the position is open to both male and female applicants.
- Must be a practicing Muslim/Muslimah and adhere to a non‑smoking lifestyle.
- At least 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a multi‑subject setting.
- Strong teamwork orientation and professional conduct.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic ICT support skills.
- Familiarity with 3D Max or similar visualization software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
