Responsibilities

- Inventory monitoring: Conduct regular stock counts, identify low‑stock items, and promptly report shortages to the inventory supervisor.
- Quality control: Inspect products for damage, correct labeling, and verify expiration dates to ensure only safe, fresh items are on display.
- Store cleanliness: Maintain tidy aisles, clean spillages, and organize back‑room storage areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Cashier support: Assist the front‑line cashiers during peak hours, handle bagging, and help resolve minor transaction issues.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with fellow interns, sales associates, and management to achieve daily operational goals and meet store performance metrics.
- Shift flexibility: Participate in rotating shifts, including early mornings from 07:00 to 15:00, Monday through Saturday.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑26 years old; all genders are welcome.
- No prior work experience required; a strong interest in retail is essential.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow visual merchandising standards.
