Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive – Rockstar Performer to join our fast‑growing creative agency. This role is perfect for a dynamic, client‑focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and can seamlessly bridge the gap between client expectations and our internal creative, social media, and video production teams. The successful candidate will be based in our modern office and will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, delivering exceptional service and driving revenue growth through strategic upselling.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling day‑to‑day communication with professionalism and responsiveness.
- Interpret client briefs and translate them into clear, actionable internal briefs for the Creative, Social Media, and Video teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, tone, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, monitor progress, and guarantee that all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule.
- Prepare regular status reports and performance dashboards, presenting them to clients to demonstrate value and maintain transparency.
- Foster strong, long‑term relationships with clients, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling additional services such as digital campaigns, branding packages, and video production.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, capture minutes of meeting (MoM), and track follow‑up action items to ensure accountability across all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to streamline invoicing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital platforms to provide strategic recommendations that keep our clients ahead of the curve.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, suggesting tools or methodologies that enhance workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in account management, client servicing, or sales development within a creative, advertising, or digital agency environment.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex client needs into concise internal briefs.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Proactive mindset with a talent for building rapport, negotiating, and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and CRM platforms.
- Passion for creative storytelling, digital marketing trends, and continuous learning.
