Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused Waitstaff (Waiter / Waitress) to join our Food & Beverage team. This full‑time position operates six days a week, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, offering a dynamic environment where teamwork, honesty, and discipline are valued above all. The role is open to candidates who have completed at least a high school (SMA/SMK) education and are eager to develop a career in hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide detailed explanations of food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders, relay them to kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables according to service standards.
- Collaborate closely with fellow waitstaff, kitchen personnel, and management to achieve smooth service flow.
- Handle cash, process credit card transactions, and prepare accurate bills for guests.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling of utensils, glassware, and linens.
- Participate in pre‑service briefings, inventory checks, and post‑service clean‑up activities.
- Continuously update knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotional offers to enhance guest experience.
- Promote a culture of responsibility by reporting any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client).
- Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and disciplined work habits.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, courteous demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and billing.
