Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Operasional Gudang dan Logistik to join our dynamic warehouse team. Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments, verify documentation, and accurately record items into the inventory system.
- Organize and arrange goods in designated storage locations, ensuring optimal space utilization and easy retrieval.
- Prepare outbound orders by picking, packing, and labeling items in accordance with company standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks, containers, and pallets using manual or mechanical equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards throughout the warehouse floor.
- Perform routine stock checks, assist in cycle counts, and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Support additional operational tasks such as assembling kits, preparing shipment documents, and handling returns.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting ways to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements
- Gender: Male
- Age: Minimum 18 years (no upper age limit)
- Education: Minimum SMP/MTS or SMA (equivalent)
- Physical Fitness: Able to lift and move heavy items safely; good overall health.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
