We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Service Pelanggan to lead our customer service operations in Nganjuk. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily customer service activities, ensuring service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Develop and implement service protocols, training programs, and performance metrics for front‑line staff.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping teams to guarantee seamless operations and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor staffing levels, schedule shifts, and conduct regular performance reviews to maintain a motivated workforce.
  • Analyze customer feedback and service data to identify trends, propose improvements, and drive continuous enhancement of the guest experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting regular audits and corrective actions as needed.
  • Represent the company at local events and community outreach programs to strengthen brand presence in Nganjuk.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 18‑30 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Residence: Must be domiciled in Nganjuk or willing to relocate.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or hospitality management is preferred.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team, inspire confidence, and drive results.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Honest, collaborative, and responsible with strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in food and beverage service techniques, basic computer literacy, and familiar with POS systems.
  • Language: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
