Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Pemimpin Hub SPX to lead our logistics hub in Meral, Kabupaten Karimun, Kepulauan Riau. This pivotal role ensures that every parcel moves smoothly from pickup to final delivery, while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on supervisory experience, strong analytical skills, and a passion for continuous improvement within a fast‑paced supply‑chain environment.
The position reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager and works closely with Warehouse, Line Haul, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Saturday, 09:30 – 18:30, and requires residency in or willingness to relocate to Meral.
Responsibilities
- Monitor end‑to‑end parcel flow to guarantee on‑time deliveries, from the moment of collection through final customer receipt.
- Coordinate daily schedules with Warehouse teams, Line Haul drivers, and 3PL providers to optimize routing and load planning.
- Implement risk‑mitigation strategies that reduce package loss, damage, and mis‑routing.
- Oversee inbound and outbound transaction records, ensuring data integrity in the hub’s management system.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill‑building workshops for hub staff, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Analyze operational metrics (e.g., on‑time delivery rate, damage rate, turnaround time) and propose process improvements using Lean or Six‑Sigma principles.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and company SOPs, conducting periodic audits as needed.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and any escalated issues.
- Support emergency response actions, such as handling peak‑season volume spikes or unexpected disruptions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordinator experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Proven background in Last‑Mile or First‑Mile operations, with a solid understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Flexibility to work in Meral, Kabupaten Karimun, Kepulauan Riau, and to adapt to shift variations when required.
