We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our team as Kurir Motor/Mobil. Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and transport parcels using a personal motorcycle or car, ensuring all items are handled with care and delivered on schedule.
- Conduct pre‑delivery checks of orders to verify item count, condition, and documentation, and perform post‑delivery verification to confirm successful hand‑over.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods at the hub, collaborating with warehouse staff to maintain smooth flow of shipments.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, capture electronic signatures where required, and submit daily activity reports through the company’s mobile app.
- Follow all traffic regulations and company safety protocols, performing routine checks on your vehicle to guarantee it remains in optimal condition.
- Communicate any delivery issues—such as address discrepancies, damaged parcels, or customer concerns—to the dispatch team promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service, representing SPX Shopee Xpress with professionalism and courtesy during every interaction.
Requirements
- Education: All educational levels accepted; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 45 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Driving License: Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM) that can be upgraded or renewed as needed.
- Vehicle: Own a well‑maintained motorcycle (or car where applicable) in good working order.
- Technology: Android smartphone with a minimum of 3 GB RAM for the delivery application.
- Residence: Must reside within the designated service area to ensure timely attendance.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
- Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, good time‑management, basic numeracy for handling cash on delivery, and a customer‑focused attitude.
