We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Pengelola Toko dan Pelayanan Pelanggan to join our vibrant team at Es Bonang, a fast‑growing specialty beverage brand known for its refreshing “Full Susu” drinks made from natural ingredients such as fresh jackfruit and pandan milk. This role is the front‑line guardian of product quality, customer experience, and store operations. Responsibilities

  • Product Preparation (Mise en Place): Slice fresh jackfruit, cook jelly, and verify that pandan milk supplies are stocked and within quality standards each shift.
  • Drink Presentation (Barista/Server): Follow standardized recipes to craft Es Bonang beverages, ensuring the signature “Full Susu” flavor profile is consistent across every cup.
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons warmly, explain the health benefits of each drink, handle payment transactions accurately, and resolve inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
  • Sanitation & Cleanliness: Maintain a hygienic bar area, clean cooking equipment, storage containers, and the customer waiting zone in accordance with local food‑safety regulations.
  • Stock Management: Record daily inventory movements, monitor low‑stock items, and promptly report replenishment needs to store ownership.
  • Peak‑Hour Efficiency: Work swiftly and calmly during high‑traffic periods, coordinating with team members to keep service times short and satisfaction high.
  • Sales Analysis (Basic): Observe sales patterns, note popular items, and provide simple feedback that can help with future product planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a food‑service, retail, or hospitality setting.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interest in culinary arts and beverage preparation.
  • Honesty, discipline, and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Neat appearance and courteous demeanor toward customers.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, especially during busy periods.

  • Availability to work Monday through Sunday, 09:00 – 21:00.
