Responsibilities

- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short‑form videos, memes, infographics, and carousel posts that resonate with a young, football‑enthusiastic audience.
- Leverage AI‑powered tools (e.g., generative image/video platforms) alongside Canva, CapCut, and other editing software to produce high‑quality assets quickly and at scale.
- Monitor social media metrics, generate weekly performance reports, and adjust content strategies based on engagement trends, reach, and sentiment analysis.
- Collaborate with the editorial, design, and analytics teams to ensure brand consistency, factual accuracy, and optimal distribution.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest football news, league schedules, and fan culture, translating insights into timely, shareable content.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, managing live Q&A sessions, and fostering user‑generated content initiatives.
- Assist in brainstorming and launching digital campaigns, contests, and partnerships with influencers or clubs.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 25 years; male candidates preferred due to client demographic focus.
- Residency in Bandar Lampung or willing to relocate.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Proven proficiency with major social media platforms and a solid track record of growing follower bases.
- Hands‑on experience with photo and video editing tools, especially AI‑enhanced software, Canva, CapCut, or similar applications.
