The role of Server – Penyaji Makanan dan Minuman is a key position that ensures every guest experiences prompt, courteous, and high‑quality service. This is an excellent opportunity for a young, motivated male candidate (19‑25 years) who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys a fast‑paced environment, and wants to grow within the vibrant coffee industry.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, present menus, and answer inquiries about food and beverage offerings.
  • Take accurate orders, relay them to the kitchen and barista stations, and ensure timely delivery to the table.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing cutlery, and ensuring a tidy ambiance.
  • Handle cash transactions, process electronic payments, and issue receipts while adhering to company cash‑handling policies.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on coffee blends, specialty drinks, and food pairings, leveraging any prior experience in the coffee industry.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, baristas, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
  • Monitor inventory of disposable items (napkins, stirrers, condiments) and notify supervisors of low stock levels.
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations and internal protocols.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, seasonal promotions, and service techniques.

Requirements

  • Male, aged 19‑25 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Presentable appearance; neat, clean, and well‑groomed.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Polite, disciplined, quick‑thinking, and highly responsible.
  • Prior experience in the coffee industry is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Must not be currently enrolled in a university program.
  • Basic food and beverage service skills, including knowledge of coffee preparation and service etiquette.
  • Flexibility to work the scheduled shift: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
