We are seeking a dynamic Tim Produksi – Pengelolaan dan Koordinasi Operasional to join our fast‑growing manufacturing team. This role is essential for ensuring that daily production activities run smoothly, on schedule, and meet our high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Coordinate the flow of materials, equipment, and manpower across multiple workstations.
- Supervise and motivate a team of production workers, providing clear instructions and on‑the‑job coaching.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output levels, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance department to ensure that finished goods meet specifications.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and any issues that require attention.
- Assist in the training of new hires, ensuring they understand standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, or lean manufacturing projects.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑30 years.
