The latest soft opening in Manado marks a new chapter, and we are looking for a dedicated Kepala Cabang (Branch Manager) to lead our flagship store and drive sales excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Manado branch, ensuring high standards of customer service, store presentation, and inventory control.
  • Develop and execute localized sales and marketing strategies that align with Tridjaya’s brand guidelines and growth objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and coach a high‑performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, gross margin, conversion rates, and staff productivity; implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and corporate headquarters to guarantee timely product availability and promotional support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards, while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
  • Lead store‑level budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting to maximize profitability.
  • Act as the brand ambassador in the community, building strong customer loyalty and expanding market reach.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 55 years.
  • Gender: Open to all.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in retail management, preferably in electronics, furniture, or automotive sectors.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team‑building capabilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to inspire and influence staff and customers.
  • Proactive, initiative‑driven, and able to work autonomously while adhering to corporate directives.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 20:00.
