Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a warm, genuine smile and escort them to their tables, ensuring a seamless and memorable first impression.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and recommend wine pairings or beverage selections based on guests’ preferences.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using our point‑of‑sale system, communicating any special dietary needs to the kitchen staff promptly.
  • Serve dishes and drinks with precision, adhering to proper plating and service etiquette while maintaining a vigilant eye on timing.
  • Monitor tables throughout the dining experience, anticipating guest needs, refilling glasses, and addressing any concerns instantly.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth order flow, timely delivery, and consistent quality control.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and end‑of‑shift reconciliation with utmost accuracy.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
  • Operate an electric service bicycle for internal logistics such as transporting supplies or urgent items between the kitchen and service stations (a valuable point‑plus skill).
  • Mentor junior waitstaff, sharing best practices, and fostering a collaborative, disciplined work culture.

Requirements

  • Male candidates only; minimum age of 18 years.
  • Completed at least high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.
  • Demonstrated discipline, agility, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; must be friendly, approachable, and consistently maintain a pleasant demeanor.
  • Proficiency in operating an electric service bicycle is highly desirable.
  • No concurrent employment, internships, or full‑time studies that could interfere with work schedule.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including proper handling of fine dining utensils and glassware.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with flexibility to cover occasional events or peak periods.
