We are expanding our operational footprint in Padang and are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our Tim Operasional – Pemasangan Karpet. Responsibilities
- Prepare installation sites by measuring floor areas, clearing obstacles, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Install carpet rolls according to technical drawings, using proper alignment, cutting, and fastening techniques.
- Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to meet delivery schedules and quality standards.
- Inspect completed work for defects, ensure seamless seams, and perform touch‑ups as needed.
- Maintain and operate company vehicles responsibly, adhering to traffic regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and inventory management of carpet materials and related tools.
- Document daily progress, report any issues, and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Provide courteous service to mosque committees, answering questions about product care and maintenance.
- Participate in regular safety briefings and uphold health‑and‑safety standards on every site.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in field installation, construction, or a related manual‑labor role.
- Valid SIM A driver’s license with a clean record; ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
- Physical fitness: capable of lifting heavy carpet rolls and working on varied terrain.
- Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and discipline.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills; ability to collaborate with diverse crews.
- Passion for preserving and enhancing mosque environments.
- Adaptability to changing work conditions, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Open to relocation to Padang for the duration of the assignment.
