Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Representative – Senior to join our growing team. This front‑line position is crucial for driving revenue, expanding market share, and fostering long‑term relationships with clients across the Cirebon region (including Cirebon, Kuningan, Majalengka, and Indramayu). The ideal candidate will combine strong product knowledge with persuasive communication skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
This role offers a blend of inside and outside sales activities, allowing you to engage prospects via phone, email, and internet, as well as conduct face‑to‑face meetings in the field. If you are ambitious, results‑oriented, and enjoy building lasting client partnerships, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and on‑site visits.
- Product Presentation: Deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations that highlight product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Negotiation & Closing: Conduct price and contract negotiations, address objections, and secure signed agreements that meet company profitability goals.
- Relationship Management: Nurture existing accounts, conduct regular follow‑ups, and provide post‑sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas set by management.
- Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from customers and competitors to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system and submit weekly activity reports.
- Territory Coverage: Execute both inside‑sales (phone, email, internet) and outside‑sales (in‑person meetings) activities throughout the designated III Cirebon area.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B or consumer‑goods environment.
- Strong product knowledge, especially in packaging and related solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.
- High level of perseverance, persuasion, and target‑driven mindset.
- Customer‑service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline without constant supervision.
