Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service in strict accordance with Accor’s brand standards, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
- Oversee all aspects of bar and beverage operations, including inventory control, menu planning, and cost management.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency across the bar area and related service zones.
- Coordinate seamlessly with front‑office, kitchen, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth service flow and prompt resolution of guest requests.
- Monitor and train staff on proper beverage preparation techniques, cocktail crafting, and responsible service of alcohol.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, conducting regular audits and corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze performance metrics, such as sales, waste, and guest feedback, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Schedule staff rotas, manage shift patterns (including weekends and public holidays), and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Handle guest complaints and operational challenges with professionalism, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, motivation, and accountability, encouraging staff development through coaching and mentorship.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in bar or food & beverage management, preferably within a hotel or upscale hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; good command of English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
- Professional appearance, well‑groomed, and guest‑oriented demeanor.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team under pressure.
- Detail‑oriented, responsible, proactive, and capable of making swift decisions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on operational efficiency and cost control.
