Responsibilities
- Operate company‑owned vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Plan and execute daily routes within Jakarta and surrounding regions, optimizing travel time and fuel consumption.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, basic maintenance (oil checks, tire pressure, cleaning), and coordinate service appointments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel usage, and trip reports, submitting them to the fleet manager on a weekly basis.
- Provide courteous assistance to passengers, including handling luggage, opening doors, and ensuring a comfortable environment.
- Coordinate with office staff to schedule pickups, drop‑offs, and special assignments such as airport transfers or client visits.
- Be available to work on weekends, public holidays, or during emergency situations as required by business needs.
- Participate in periodic safety training and emergency‑response drills to stay current with best practices.
- Represent the company positively in external interactions, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Assist with occasional out‑of‑town business trips, ensuring all travel documentation and vehicle paperwork are in order.
Requirements
- Male candidate, age between 28‑40 years (ideal age around 35).
- Valid and active Indonesian SIM A driver’s license.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a personal or operational driver; experience with executive transportation is a plus.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Thorough knowledge of Jakarta’s main roads, shortcuts, and traffic patterns, as well as surrounding provinces.
- Willingness to work on weekends or holidays when business demands arise.
- Ability to travel out of town for business assignments without hesitation.
- Strong discipline, neat appearance, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred to interact with foreign clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proven record of punctuality, reliability, and a clean driving history.
