Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Content Creator – Spesialis Konten Digital to join our fast‑growing digital marketing team in Payakumbuh. This role is perfect for a creative individual who lives and breathes the latest trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short‑form video platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceiving, producing, and publishing engaging visual content that resonates with our target audience and drives brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute daily content calendars for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short‑form platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Conceptualize original video ideas, storyboards, and scripts that reflect current trends, brand voice, and audience preferences.
- Handle all aspects of on‑site shooting, including camera angles, lighting setups, framing, and audio capture to produce high‑quality footage.
- Edit raw footage using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar, adding captions, effects, music, and branding overlays.
- Collaborate with the social media manager and graphic designers to integrate graphics, animations, and other visual assets.
- Monitor performance metrics (views, likes, shares, comments, completion rates) and adjust content strategies based on data insights.
- Stay up‑to‑date with platform algorithm changes, emerging formats, and viral challenges to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Maintain a well‑organized library of raw footage, edited clips, and assets for future reuse.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages, fostering a sense of connection and loyalty.
- Assist in occasional live‑stream events, product launches, and influencer collaborations as needed.
Requirements
- Male candidates only (as specified by the client).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 25 years old and must reside in Payakumbuh.
- Strong creative instincts and a deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends.
- Hands‑on experience with shooting video—knowledge of angles, lighting, and framing.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or comparable software.
- Demonstrated ability to produce Reels, TikTok videos, and other short‑form content on a regular basis.
- Capability to develop content concepts from brief to final execution.
- Confidence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Strong time‑management skills to meet the Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
