Introduction

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for all A/R overdue accounts, ensuring deadlines are met and compliance standards are upheld.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to delinquent borrowers via phone, email, and written correspondence, employing courteous yet firm negotiation techniques.
  • Analyze customer payment histories and credit profiles to tailor collection strategies that maximize recovery while preserving customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of collection activities in the company’s CRM system, documenting promises to pay, settlement agreements, and any escalations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including Credit, Legal, and Customer Service—to resolve disputes, verify documentation, and initiate legal actions when necessary.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports highlighting collection rates, outstanding balances, and key risk indicators for senior management.
  • Identify trends in delinquency, propose process improvements, and assist in the development of preventative measures such as early warning alerts.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and internal compliance requirements, including data privacy and anti‑money‑laundering (AML) guidelines.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on industry best practices, negotiation techniques, and changes in financial legislation.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3 or S1 in any discipline; candidates with a high school (SMA/SMK) background are also considered if they demonstrate strong aptitude.
  • Open to fresh graduates; however, at least one year of relevant collection or credit experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑driven attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
  • High integrity, resilience, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty in all dealings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with collection management software.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–16:00, at the Adira Finance Bima office.
