Responsibilities
- Assist with daily stock management, including receiving, labeling, shelving, and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Support frontline sales staff by providing product information, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and process transactions accurately.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports on sales, stock levels, and any operational issues to supervisors.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide basic administrative assistance, such as filing, data entry, and handling incoming communications.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate promotional activities and special events.
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, including proper attire, punctuality, and respectful interaction with all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age range: 18‑25 years old.

- Presentable appearance and a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage actively with customers and team members.

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with store management systems are advantageous.
- Willingness to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
