Introduction
NMC Solok is seeking a dynamic Officer Kredit Marketing (CMO) to join our growing financial services team. This role is pivotal in expanding our consumer financing portfolio by identifying qualified borrowers, promoting our loan products, and building strong partnerships with local dealers. The successful candidate will work primarily in the field, engaging directly with customers and dealers across Solok and its surrounding areas. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site surveys and perform detailed creditworthiness analyses to assess the feasibility of potential borrowers.
- Present and sell a range of financing products—including auto, motorbike, and consumer loans—to qualified customers.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with automobile dealers, motorcycle showrooms, and other distribution partners to generate referral business.
- Negotiate loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules while ensuring compliance with internal risk policies.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports, track key performance indicators, and provide insights to the marketing manager.
- Participate in community outreach events and local fairs to increase brand visibility and educate the public about our financing solutions.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to expedite approval processes and resolve any documentation issues.
- Maintain a personal vehicle and valid SIM C to travel efficiently across the assigned territory.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, or customer acquisition—experience in financial services is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to close deals under pressure.
- Willingness to work in the field, enjoy challenges, and adapt quickly to changing conditions.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle and possess a valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic office software and ability to submit accurate reports in a timely manner.
