Introduction
PT BCA Finance, a leading subsidiary of Bank Central Asia, is expanding its field sales force in the Central Java region. We are looking for a motivated Relationship Officer to join our Purwokerto branch. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy building relationships, conducting on‑site assessments, and driving financial product adoption in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment.
The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, from 08:30 to 17:30, and will be based in Purwokerto or its surrounding areas. As part of BCA Finance, you will adhere to the latest data privacy regulations (UU No. 27/2022) and help us maintain the highest standards of customer confidentiality.
Responsibilities
The Relationship Officer will play a pivotal role in expanding BCA Finance’s market presence. Core duties include:
- Actively market BCA Finance’s loan and financing products to both existing and prospective customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by expanding the branch’s network of partners and referral sources.
- Build and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with merchants, small‑medium enterprises, and individual borrowers.
- Conduct on‑site surveys, collect relevant documentation, and perform thorough eligibility analyses to determine creditworthiness.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management to support strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborate with internal teams—such as credit, underwriting, and collections—to ensure seamless processing of applications.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into closed deals.
- Provide excellent post‑sale service, addressing client queries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.
Requirements
We seek candidates who meet the following minimum qualifications and possess the soft skills necessary to thrive in a field‑based role.
- Education: Minimum D3/D4; Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline is preferred.
- Academic Performance: GPA of at least 2.50.
- Age: No upper age limit; we welcome candidates of all ages who meet the criteria.
- Gender: Male.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in sales, banking, or field work is a plus.
- Licenses: Valid SIM C and personal motorcycle for field visits.
- Residence: Must reside in Purwokerto or surrounding districts.
- Core Skills: Strong analytical ability, persuasive communication, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Personal Traits: Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team, and comfortable with frequent travel within the assigned territory.
