Introduction

Responsibilities
- Monitor and guarantee on‑time delivery of parcels, coordinating every step from collection to customer hand‑off.
- Collaborate daily with Warehouse, Line Haul, and third‑party logistics (3PL) teams to synchronize dispatch schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
- Implement and enforce strict handling procedures to minimize loss, damage, and mis‑routing of packages.
- Oversee all hub transactions, ensuring accurate documentation, real‑time tracking, and compliance with internal KPIs.
- Supervise inbound and outbound workflows, optimizing dock utilization, load planning, and carrier assignments.
- Lead, coach, and develop hub staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate daily/weekly reports, and propose process enhancements using Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing SOPs, conducting regular safety drills, and addressing any hazards promptly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring swift resolution and preserving brand reputation.
- Support regional initiatives such as pilot projects for new technology, route optimization, and sustainability programs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related sector.
- Hands‑on experience with both First‑Mile and Last‑Mile operations.
- Deep understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
- Demonstrated leadership and team‑building skills, with the ability to motivate diverse staff.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities, comfortable liaising with internal teams and external partners.
- Willingness to reside in and relocate to Kabupaten Konawe Selatan.
- Flexible to work Monday‑Friday, 09:30‑18:30, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
