Responsibilities
- Promote and market vehicle financing products through direct visits, telephone outreach, and digital channels.
- Manage and expand the existing distribution network, including dealer partnerships, broker relationships, and online platforms.
- Conduct thorough consumer surveys to assess creditworthiness, understand financing needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high conversion rate from leads to approved financing contracts.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in alignment with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with underwriting, credit, and collections teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and timely disbursement of funds.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status within the CRM system.
- Provide post‑sale support, including follow‑up on documentation, payment schedules, and customer queries to foster long‑term relationships.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the multifinance sector.
- Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – graduates from all majors are welcome.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in vehicle financing, automotive sales, or a related financial services role; fresh graduates with strong internships are also considered.
- Demonstrated understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust with dealers and customers.
- Core soft skills: integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, honesty, and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in sales management, target‑driven selling techniques, and basic financial analysis.
- Willingness to work in Jeneponto and adhere to the company’s standard working hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00).
