Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Admin Packing & Distribusi Barang to join our fast‑growing logistics and distribution team. This role is essential for ensuring that daily order fulfillment, stock management, and warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will be the backbone of our packing line, handling everything from order preparation to inventory control while adhering to strict SOPs and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label customer orders for shipment, ensuring each parcel meets quality standards.
- Manage inbound stock: receive deliveries, verify quantities against purchase orders, and record data in the inventory system.
- Organize and display items in designated storage zones, optimizing space utilization and ease of picking.
- Conduct regular stock opname (cycle counts) and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and enforce compliance with all safety and operational SOPs.
- Utilize computer applications (Microsoft Office, inventory software) for data entry, reporting, and tracking of packing metrics.
- Prepare daily activity reports, including packed order volume, stock levels, and any incident logs.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics team to coordinate pick‑up schedules and resolve any shipping issues.
- Assist in training new team members on packing procedures, stock handling, and computer systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 35 years old; all genders welcome.
- No prior experience required, though a basic understanding of warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proficient in using a computer, especially Microsoft Office and basic inventory applications.
- Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and cooperate with diverse colleagues.
- Personal attributes: honest, diligent, quick‑thinking, resilient, and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to follow SOPs, maintain hygiene standards, and work under moderate physical demands.
