Introduction
We are seeking a talented Content Editor to join our dynamic media production team. This role is ideal for a creative, detail‑oriented woman aged 21‑28 who possesses a strong eye for visual composition and a proven ability to work with Adobe Photoshop. The successful candidate will help shape the visual identity of our projects, ensuring every piece of content meets the highest standards of quality, brand consistency, and audience appeal. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and is based in the Mlonggo Bangsri Kembang area (local residency is considered a plus).
Responsibilities
- Edit and retouch photographic and graphic assets using Adobe Photoshop, ensuring accurate colour balance, sharpness, and visual impact.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and production staff to translate concepts into compelling visual content.
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all media channels, adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and delivering high‑quality results.
- Conduct quality‑control checks on final deliverables, correcting any inconsistencies before distribution.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Photoshop techniques, colour theory trends, and industry best practices to continuously improve workflow efficiency.
- Provide constructive feedback to junior editors or interns, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Organize and archive edited assets in a systematic manner for easy retrieval and future reference.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged between 21 and 28 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop with a portfolio demonstrating mastery of colour composition and visual storytelling.
- Excellent sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to produce polished, engaging edits.
- Creative mindset combined with disciplined time‑management skills.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Must submit an up‑to‑date CV and a curated portfolio of previous work.
- Residency in Mlonggo, Bangsri, Kembang is a significant advantage.
